Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Intern ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Description of Service

Intern is an AI-powered content generation platform that enables users to create social media posts, videos, articles, and other marketing content. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related tools and features.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Generated Content

Content generated by the Service using your inputs ("Generated Content") is owned by you, subject to any third-party rights and these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring Generated Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on others' rights.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Intern and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service or its components.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is created algorithmically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all Generated Content before publication or use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content.

Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to your selected plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Accept that prices may change with notice

Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intern, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
